Rules & Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to us and other customers, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we will be happy to rebook it for you.

 

If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within less than 12 hours you will re required to pay a fee of 50% of your service.

 

If you miss an appointment or fail to give us notice (No call, No show) you will be required

to pay a fee of 100% of your service.

 

Please be advised that a deposit of 50% of the value is required for some of the treatments.

 

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and we assure you

that we will be sympathetic to certain circumstances.

 

If you are running late please let us know as soon as possible so we can accommodate your treatment
